When you’re trying to look for the YOUNGER CROWD, then you really want to make sure that your job title is focused on:
✅Flexibility, Freedom, having that flexible schedule, and Training. While on the other hand, the OLDER CROWD wants more:
✅Stable and consistent schedules, higher pay benefits, flexibility, and advancement opportunities.
You’re going to need different keywords into that title to really attract that right person.
