Why is my job post flagged?

This happens! Flagged or being kicked off a job platform is serious!
I know we’ve talked a lot about job post titles lately, but I really want to hit on this point of some of the words that you should NOT have in your title.
Some may sound really obvious but for others, you would NEVER guess.
I want to make sure that you know about this and that you’re aware of them as well.
👉 It’s important to track your stats because there are gaps in communication when it comes to new policy updates for new things that shouldn’t be allowed in your job post on a lot of the different platforms.
❌ Mistake 1: {New release} It’s important to not have the wages into the titles for certain platforms.
Again, every platform is different but for example, Indeed, just released an update to where you’re not able to have the WAGES IN THE TITLE..
….Here’s is where that Gap in communication I was referring to come’s in.
👉 New updates necessarily don’t go out to all of us and they can cause a huge decrease in applicants.
Why. . . well although our post may look “live/active” it’s really not in the backend if you called a rep. Now, that’s not always the case. but there are times where they have new updates that to where you have that Gap in communication.
✅ So paying ATTENTION to your hiring ad stats is a great indicator that there is something different here. That’s out of the blue.
